FAQ

What warranty, installation and training do your products have?

If you are hospital or clinic, we will dispatch engineer to your hospital, and we provide you installation and technical training. If you are distributor, you can dispatch engineer to visit our factory to get the technical training, or we will dispatch engineer to your company to provide you technical training. * We provide a standard 1 year warranty, optional to be increased. * 1% free parts of the total quantity will be provided together with goods. * The product that is damaged or fails due to the manufacturing problem within 1 year after the purchasing date will gain free spare parts and assembling drawings from the company. * Beyond the maintenance period, we will charge the accessories, but the technical service is still free.

What quality requirements does your company meet?

We have ISO-9001/13485/14001/18001/45001, MDR CE, North American FDA, Russian Federal Registration, Uzbekistan Registration, Indonesia Registration, TUV test report and so on. Our certificate is over 30 types. Products also meet the 93/42/EEC and IEC60601 safety standards. Yes, we have a professional design team to make a design solutions, and we give you the product matching plan. You just provide us with your hospital's design drawing and requirements.

What is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 3~5 days. If the bulk quantity order, the delivery time is 25 days.

What payment options do you offer?

We are flexible in terms of payment. We can do LC, TT, even DP, credit card, Paypal etc., after auditing the customer.
