Client Visit to Manufacturing Sites for OR Lights, Tables and Trolleys

This month, an overseas client visited several of our partner facilities together with the MT Medical team, focusing on the manufacturing of operating lights, operating tables and medical trolleys.

The visit covered component processing for light heads and arms, final assembly and adjustment, appearance inspection, and finished-goods areas. The client saw rows of mobile lights waiting for testing, neatly stacked light heads and support columns, as well as batches of emergency carts, bedside cabinets and other medical furniture in production. They also observed carton and wooden-crate packing lines and container loading operations, gaining a clearer view of packaging protection and shipment procedures.

Based on the visit, both sides discussed configuration ideas for upcoming projects, indicative production lead times, quality traceability and after-sales support, and agreed to keep close communication as project milestones move forward. The trip helped the client better understand our supply chain and manufacturing capacity, and provided a stronger foundation for future cooperation.
