German Client Visit and Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed

We welcomed a client from Germany for an in-depth showroom review. The visit focused on operating room and imaging solutions, including hands-on evaluations of operating lamps, operating tables, and a digital X-ray (DR) system, with discussions on application scenarios and solution alignment.
In the follow-up meeting, both parties held detailed talks on technical specifications and interface conditions, documentation and compliance pathways, delivery scheduling, and the framework for installation, training, and after-sales support, and recorded the outcomes in minutes. Based on the exchange, we signed a purchase contract and concluded a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Under our finished-goods procurement with configuration confirmation (Spec Lock / Order Freeze) approach, the model and options, documentation and branding/packaging, and delivery window were confirmed as the basis for order execution. Next, the project teams will proceed with production and dispatch planning, confirm site conditions, and deliver installation, training, and service as scheduled. We appreciate our partner’s trust and look forward to further collaboration on upcoming projects.
